Q. Why is your
stand up magic best for my event?
A. A magic show doesn’t have to have big box illusions, pyrotechnics or
dancers to be amazing and entertaining. Our ‘Magic in Mind’ show uses
minimal props and maximum audience participation to amaze. It’s not
about what the performer can do or the fancy props that make things
vanish. My approach is all about creating a personal connection with the
audience and with their help facilitating a shared magical experience.
Q. Why do you call yourself a corporate
entertainer and not a magician?
A. My goal as a performer is to provide every audience with a powerful
and enjoyable entertainment experience. It’s more than fooling an
audience with great magic tricks. I use a variety of performances tools
including magic and comedy to communicate and connect with the audience
and entertain them.
Q. Will anyone in my audience feel embarrassed or
uncomfortable?
A. Absolutely not! Audience
comfort and enjoyment are the foundation of my performance philosophy.
There is no profanity, off-color or shock humor in my show. With over
twenty years of performance experience I understand the nuances of
entertaining, intelligent, highly educated, corporate professionals.
Volunteers are the STARS of my show and are brought on the stage in the
spirit of creating fun together. Anyone taking my stage is always
treated with courtesy and respect.
Q. How do you
tailor your show to our event?
A. Every event and every audience is different. Over the years I have
developed a unique needs analysis that helps me appreciate the key
aspects of your event. This systematic approach helps me understand the
nature of your event, your event objectives, who your audience is and
why they are attending your event. Tailoring can ran range from learning
a few industry buzz words, to earmarking prominent people to use as
volunteers, to scripting a complete custom presentation.
Q. What is the best
audience size for your show?
A. My show is best enjoyed by groups up to 500 people with simple
staging and AV. I perform with small props so my staging needs are
minimal and very flexibility. With only minor adjustments my show can
easily play a small private dining room or a large hotel ballroom.
Q. Are you easy
to work with?
A. Yes! Besides the show – the actual performance – there is all the
prep work leading up to your event. I will work with you and share my
expertise and experience to help you make sound entertainment decisions
so your event is a memorable success |
